151 Front pre-engineered the placement of a network of structural steel to support the added weight and vibration of a capacity rooftop in full operation. Upon approval by the Ministry of Environment, 151 Front currently houses 18 generators strategically placed throughout the penthouse and rooftop. To facilitate tenant requirements for secondary cooling, a similar structural steel complex was installed on the upper most roof to accommodate the vast array of condensers, fluid coolers, glycol pumps and chillers.
