Process:
The database of telephone numbers is loaded onto the dialer in advanced or at the time of broadcast, and a message is delivered to clients, employees or the public (live answer or voicemail) within minutes. All data is uploaded via the Internet and recording the necessary scripts for the broadcast is through our Virtual Studio. The dialer begins dialing and continues to dial until it has contacted a live person or voicemail. The database is automatically updated with status of each telephone number, including Ring, No Answer, Fast Busy etc.

Retry manager
A “retry” manager is built into Voice Broadcaster allowing parameters to be set for each call and include the number of retries and time elapse between each retry.
